Following the conclusion of a whirlwind week of fake watch releases for the inaugural replica watches & Wonders digital tradeshow, our twice-weekly Instagram Live show ABTW at HOME is back on the rails, this time with a new pair of guests who were also quite busy in April preparing and promoting a slew of important new releases for their respective brands.

Our first guest this week is on Wednesday with IWC CEO Chris Grainger-Herr, who's fresh off a reboot of IWC's classic Portugieser line, which contains not one, not two, but three impressive new sub-collections. We'll be learning more about why this particular legacy of replica watches is so important to the Schaffhausen manufacture, chat a bit about the development process behind the new moonphase + tide indicator complication in the Yacht Club, and see if we can't coax a few spoilers out of Chris for what's in store for the brand later this summer.

If you're unfamiliar with Davide's work or style sensibilities, he has quite an impressive resume, but we'll leave that to Ariel to uncover during this session. You can also certainly expect a conversation around Montblanc's newest Heritage releases, including the gorgeous and limited Minerva-powered Split Seconds Chronograph, and Ariel's personal favorite release ?this impressive new one-handed 24-hour reference, which is about as deserving of an adventurous and sartorial wrist as they come.
Sticking with this schedule, we'll be hosting a new ABTW at HOME session on Instagram Live every Wednesday and Friday through the remainder of May (or as long as California maintains its shelter-in-place mandate). All you'll need is an Instagram account, then just make sure you're following aBlogtoWatch. You can join the Live session by starting the app at the scheduled time and look for it in our IG Story bubble.
