In 2024, Missourians passed Amendment 3 enshrining a right to reproductive freedom in our state constitution. In February 2025, clinics re-established abortion care IN Missouri for the first time in years.
Now, we have to defend our win, and continue to build the future of abortion access and reproductive freedom we deserve.

Become a Clinic Escort
For more than 35 years, Abortion Action Missouri has facilitated the sole Clinic Escort program in the St. Louis metro region to support direct patient access to essential abortion care.
Our volunteer clinic escorts provide those walking into clinics, whether patients, companions or staff, with a physical sense of security and a calming presence from the moment they exit their vehicle until they are safely in the clinic.
