For more than 35 years, Pro-Choice Missouri has facilitated the sole Clinic Escort program in the St. Louis metro region to support direct patient access to essential abortion care.

Our volunteer clinic escorts provide those walking into clinics, whether patients, companions or staff, with a physical sense of security and a calming presence from the moment they exit their vehicle until they are safely in the clinic.  Currently, Pro-Choice Missouri provides clinic escorts to two St. Louis-area clinics. Escorts occasionally have the opportunity to volunteer for PCM as crowd control at local actions as well.

To become a Pro-Choice Missouri Clinic Escort, interested volunteers must attend two virtual one-hour sessions: An Information session and a Logistics Session. Information sessions are held monthly and Logistics sessions are held every other month.
